3. Products & Use

All products sold are cosmetic lash products intended for external use only.
Results may vary from person to person.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by misuse or failure to perform a patch test.
Customers are advised to carefully read all product descriptions and instructions before use.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Payment is processed securely via Ecwid-supported payment gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, load shedding, strikes, or incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

Lash products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.
Refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with the CPA.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, product names, logos, text, and designs—is the intellectual property of AdoreHerByG and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, AdoreHerByG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
